Delivery Policy
At Deliverwood, we take pride in supplying high-quality garden rooms with an efficient and reliable service.
All orders are delivered within an estimated 2–4 week timeframe from the date of purchase. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring there is suitable access for delivery vehicles and safe unloading at the delivery location.
Deliverwood cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, transport issues, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Information & Customer Responsibilities

All garden rooms are supplied as flat-pack kits for self-assembly.

Deliverwood does not provide a fitting or installation service.

Deliveries are made to the kerbside or nearest accessible point only.

Customers are responsible for moving, handling, and assembling the product after delivery.

A suitable, level base must be prepared prior to delivery.

Due to the size and weight of components, we recommend having at least 2–3 people available on delivery day.
All goods should be checked upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, the following terms apply:
Returns are accepted only where the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, exactly as delivered.
Once a product has been unpacked, assembled, or altered, it is no longer eligible for return, unless it is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Any claims for damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, Deliverwood will cover the cost of return or arrange collection.All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund. Refunds will be processed once goods are received and verified.
Cancellations Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched or prepared.
After this period, Deliverwood reserves the right to refuse cancellations or apply a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred, including materials and logistics.
